Sorry now for the boring bit....

but we have tried to kept it simple.

 

  1. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the cost of any order is payable at the time of placing that order.
  2. The balance is due within 2 weeks of the order being received by Love and Lace Bridal LTD, Sleaford, Lincolnshire, NG34 7BH.
  3. All gowns must be taken and stored by customer until alterations are required.
  4. Our service is “made to order”, NOT “made to measure” (unless we are asked to make a specific item).  We measure each customer and order as close to body size as possible to avoid unnecessary alterations.
  5. No alterations are made until instructed by customer once a dress arrives and is fully paid for.  All alterations are charged separately.
  6. The client accepts responsibility for any weight loss or gain including pregnancy and the affects that this may have on the ability to alter the garment (extra charges may be incurred).
  7. Whilst we are sympathetic if a wedding or event is cancelled, all items must be fully paid for and taken away.
  8. All payments must be cleared by our bankers prior to the collection of any gowns and or accessories.
  9. All prices include VAT.
  10. All sale items/off the peg, must be paid in full and taken at the time of purchase. No refunds are given on these items.


A copy of these terms & conditions will need to be signed prior to every order taken by Love & Lace Bridal. Every customer will also receive a copy of these terms & conditions at point of sale. 
If the customer refuses to agree and sign to the above terms & conditions, their items will not be ordered by Love & Lace Bridal. Orders will not be placed until the full deposit is received. 

 

GDPR - Important infomation.

 

All personal data provided is for the sole use of Love & Lace Bridal LTD in line with GDPR. Some details are given to our suppliers in regards to placing orders only. 

We will only contact you if you have aggreed to share your details with Love & Lace Bridal, either with us directly, or from a 3rd party i.e : UK Bride website.

 

ALL customers will be asked to sign the - Customer Confirmation

I confirm that I wish my dress to be ordered based upon these measurements taken today. I accept the above Terms & Conditions and acknowledge the use of my data in line with GDPR for the purpose of placing orders with suppliers as necessary.

 

 

 

 

Our refund policy is as follows -

  1. We can only offer a refund on unused items up to 28 days from date of purchase. 
  2. Faulty items will be fixed where possible. If this is not possible, we will offer a full refund. 
  3. We will not offer refunds if the customer changes their mind or if their needs change.
  4. Bespoke items can be amended within reason and will be judged on each individual design, taking into account cost and time (extra charges maybe incurred).
  5. Jewellery and hair accessories are non returnable if worn/used due to hygiene reasons.
