Choose the perfect appointment to suit your needs

We offer two types of appointment at Love & Lace.

The Lux Consultation - Available Evenings, Weekdays & Saturdays £25.

This is a 90 minute bridal consultation for you and up to 3 guests.  (If you purchase a dress during this initial appointment your booking fee will be redeemable against the purchase of a full price dress only.)

Your experience -
- The exclusive use of our private bridal suite.
- You will receive advice from our friendly stylists, taking you through silhouettes, fabrics and accessories to complete your look.
- A selection of  refreshments and nibbles for you and your guests.

    (Please advise in advance of any allergy's or dietary requirements before attending your appointment).
* Appointments missed on the day or cancelled with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable.


Initial Consultation - Available during the week and on a Saturday, FREE ( your card details will be taken and only used if you fail to attend the appointment -£25 fee).

This is a 90 minute bridal consultation for you and up to 3 guests. Your booking fee will be redeemable once appointment has been attended . Please note - It can take up to 10 days for the deposit to be refunded.

Your experience -
- The exclusive use of our private bridal suite.
- You will receive advice from our friendly stylists, taking you through silhouettes, fabrics and accessories to complete your look.
- We request that if you need to change or cancel you please inform us 48hrs before.

You can also choose an appointment for our 'Off the peg' range, Second appointment, Accessories appointment and 'Your dress' collection appointment when you go the booking page. There is no charge for these appointments.

Appointments will be for the bride plus 3 guests. If you need to video call any other members of your bridal party during the appointment you are very welcome. We can give you our WiFi code to assist with this.
Appointment consultation times are 90 minutes each. We ask you to respect the time you have been given and attend your appointment on time. If you arrive early we may not be ready to see you and you may be required to wait outside. We will be leaving a gap between customer appointments to allow ample time for each set of customers.
We ask you to refrain from bring any young children to your appointment where possible please.
